The actor John Krasinski created a YouTube channel to share only good news during the COVID-19 pandemic. While in social isolation, he hosts the show from a makeshift desk in his home.

The production includes participation from the audience, which sends in stories and videos, and also  from celebrities like Lin-Manuel Miranda, Robert De Niro and Steve Carell, as well as Krasinski’s wife, actress Emily Blunt.

The audience is usually surprised by the initiatives organized by the actor, like when he used Zoom to present the cast of Hamilton to a young fan of the show.  SomeGoodNews has weekly episodes that air every Sunday.
