Verizon Media tops online pure-plays in the IPA Media Owners Spring 20’ survey

Now more than ever, brands and agencies need trusted  partners that understand and support them with their challenges. Being a trusted and valued partner to our industry partners and clients has always been top priority to everyone in the Verizon Media team. That’s why we’re pleased to have been recognised in the Spring ‘20 IPA Media Owners Survey as number one for overall experience for online pure-play media owners. 

According to the IPA, the survey aims  “to keep agencies informed on which media owners suppliers deliver the highest levels of service and which ones have shown a commitment to continually improving digital standards.” The current Spring ‘20 survey results, released on 25th March 2020, recorded responses from January and February of this year.

In addition to being named number one  in online pure-plays - an improvement of 13.2% since the Autumn ‘19 result - Verizon Media showed improvement in all but one category. We showed the highest percentage increase for the statement ‘The sales team understands my client strategies/objectives’ and demonstrated a high percentage increase in the perceived quality of our brief responses amongst those who completed the survey.
