Our findings show that despite the changing purchasing landscape, car brands have an immediate opportunity to engage customers.

Digital plays a critical role in the car decision process, with 72% stating that influential touch points when purchasing a car are digital and 80% saying they are more likely to use digital platforms than physical ones.
