The coming of age for immersive experiences

Verizon Media conducted research studies to find out consumers' thoughts on 5G and the role it played in their interactions with brands and immersive experiences, one pre-pandemic in March 2020 and the second during, in September 2020. Our findings show how the pandemic and its knock on effects including working from home and connecting remotely with friends and family has affected consumers' thoughts on 5G.
