GDPR is here
GDPR goes into effect this week! Oath is adopting the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework and we encourage our Search Partners to do the same.
Update: We created parameters to use for EU traffic sent through SYC, YHS or YPA. The impact on revenue may be only nominal, however, even if these parameters are not received, as we can show personalized search experiences with some processing modifications we have made to our systems and as long as the EU user has not elsewhere objected to Oath's personalization.
New Sponsored Search Features
Our new sponsored search features have been added to Yahoo Partner Ads (YPA). If you use YPA, please log in to the tool to enable any of these new features. Making these updates may lead to a lift of +5% in RPM. Results may vary.
In-Text Links
Our product team has developed a new technology for Partners called In-Text links. If you have good quality text content you want to monetize, please reach out to your Partner Manager as this may be a great fit for you.
