The event will take place in the heart of New York City from October 15th through October 19th. This year for #CreateGood NY, Brit + Co will usher in a partnership with top cultural platform BUILD Series, to build deeper connections with an interactive digital audience. The five-day event will livestream each night on BUILDSeries.com, brit.co, Brit + Co's Facebook page, and be distributed to a wider, global audience utilizing partnerships with other Oath online platforms, including: AOL, HuffPost, MAKERS, and Yahoo.
Keeping true to Brit + Co's mission, the millions of consumers set to tune in will be inspired and guided to be the very best versions of themselves. The "creating good" theme was developed when Brit + Co saw a strong and consistent demand for positive female communities to come together and support one another.
The San Francisco-based media company will hold empowering discussions featuring inspiring and entertaining panelists and experts at the BUILD Studio in Manhattan. #CreateGood will tap into the minds of respected industry experts and celebrities to discuss topics that matter to women. Each evening will focus on one of five key themes: #CreateGood Future, Wellness, Hustle, Art, and Style. Some of the featured panelists and speakers include actress and entrepreneur Nikki Reed, tidying guru Marie Kondo, actress and activist Jameela Jamil, interior designer and fashion icon Iris Apfel, interior designer and television host Genevieve Gorder, CEO and Creative Director of alice + olivia Stacey Bendet, actress, comedian and author Phoebe Robinson, CEO and Co-Founder of Rent The Runway Jennifer Hyman, American Idol winner, musician Maddie Poppe, President and CEO of WW (formerly Weight Watchers) Mindy Grossman, and a special video drop-in from model Karlie Kloss.
Furthering the strong partnership between Brit + Co and BUILD Series, Founder and CEO, Brit Morin will debut as a co-host for BUILD's popular online show, Build Brunch, during the week of #CreateGood. Following #CreateGood she will be a part of a new weekly segment called "BUILD Brunch with Brit."
