We always appreciate recognition, especially when acknowledged by such a respected organization as the Hetrick-Martin Institute (HMI). I was honored to accept on Oath's behalf an Emery Award at HMI's annual gala this year. This recognition is an indication that we're on the right track when it comes to supporting our communities and creating a diverse and inclusive workforce. But we know as a company and as an industry, there's always more work to be done.
At Oath, we're in the business of pushing the limits and defining new boundaries. We continue to be a place of progress, and striving for diversity powers our progress as professionals and as human beings.
We see diversity and inclusion as much more than just a box to check or releasing a satisfactory report at the end of every year. As a values-led company, it's part of our mission to help create a deep understanding of what diversity and inclusion really means for our business and the communities, clients and the one billion users we serve every day.
In this vein we are committed to equality and inclusiveness for all people and will continue to work toward several goals that further our progress.
